How to Return Merchandise by Mail for a Store Credit

Store credit will be issued for items returned within 14 days of purchase for unused/unopened and original tags intact, when accompanied by store receipt.  Special orders and furniture sales are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.  

All purchases of sale merchandise, undergarments, custom orders and furniture, are final sale and not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Gift cards cannot be returned and we cannot accept ellapa.com returns in any store outside of the United States.

Store credits cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

All purchases of sale merchandise are FINAL. Returns and/or exchange requests on sale merchandise will not be accepted.

Footwear and Safety Gear are not eligible for return, but are available for exchange if unused and with original tags intact, and accompanied by original receipt, within 14 days of purchase.

Custom and special orders are not returnable/exchangeable.

Hygiene Policy
For reasons of hygiene and personal safety, undergarments are non-refundable, non-exchangeable.

How to Return Merchandise by Mail for an Exchange or Store Credit
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the same item in a different size, send us an email to: ella@ellapa.com and send your item to: 

ELLA, 5520 McFarlane Rd, Sebastopol, CA 95472.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, Sale items cannot be exchanged. All Sale items are a final sale.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

PLEASE NOTE:

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing insurance and saving your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund. Only full-price merchandise can be returned by mail for store credit. All sale purchases are final.
